This class offers an opportunity to deeply experience movement, breath, awareness, and relaxation through the practice of yoga.
It’s suitable for all levels — whether you’re completely new to yoga or have prior experience and wish to deepen and stabilize your practice.
Over the course of 4 sessions, we’ll gradually explore different groups of asanas (yoga poses), including standing and seated postures, forward bends, backbends, twists, preparations for inversions, as well as energizing and breathing exercises.
The class is held live via Google Meet. No software installation is needed — just join with a simple link. Enjoy a dynamic and interactive session with real-time guidance and feedback.
